FRY-day!

Well last Friday was the last Friday of Lent.  Crystal's family was planning to do a Fish Fry for dinner.  Lucky for us, her dad loves to Fish.  He had quite a bit of Fishes that he had filleted.  Crystal's Mom and herself wanted to have a Healthy alternative so we picked up a bunch of Squashes, Zuchinis and Mushrooms to Grill.

Me being me, I could not sit back and not cook.  I had offered to make a Beer Batter so I picked up a huge can of Fosters to make the Batter.  We Fried Fish and Mushrooms.  I never thought about it, but Fosters was a great option to use to make the Batter.
