Once again, I have been slacking on my blogging. But have no fear...I have been cooking! Follow me on my Instagram since that is easier for me to upload on the go. I promise to blog a bit more often.
Last Monday I had planned on chicken marsala after a long weekend in South Padre Island. I had taken the chicken out from the freezer the night before and had my mind on chicken marsala that day. I had everything I needed to make it at home already. As I got home from work that day and started doing all my prep work...I decided I wanted something Asian. So I started playing around with Asian sauces and seasoning. The chicken was simply seasoned with salt and five spice powder. As for the sauce, I threw in a bunch of Asian sauces and finished it with marsala wine.
End result...AMAZING!
